This origami bear head bookmark is designed by Klaus-DieterEnnen and isn’t very difficult to fold. Duo-coloured paper with brown and black might work out very well I think. Brown for the head and black for the little nose. The ABK-AOTS Dosokai Centre in Chennai, India, is a society formed to work as a bridge between Japan and India. The centre regularly conducts programs to introduce us to Japanese arts and culture. One such event is the Japanese Cultural Festival, hosted between 22nd and 24th March this year. The Origami Society of Madras, of which I am a part, is a Facebook group, made up of origami enthusiasts in Chennai (Madras of yore). This dual coloured heart is designed by Andrey Lukyanov, an Ukrainian origamist, who has designed a whole bunch of heart/love-based origami! Using Google Translate, I gather from his website (which is in Russian), that this heart represents 2 halves of love which builds a new life.
