Christmas Globes

My grandmother was a very creative lady and excellent at hand crafts. One of her favourites was this Christmas globes that she used to make from Christmas greeting cards that she received. It was easy to make and could be completed in a jiffy. I have spent a lot of time with her, selecting cards, cutting out circles and assembling these globes. Week 04 (Day 05): Christmas Tree Variation

This Christmas tree variation is based on the Spiky Christmas tree. It looks the same as this tree but the variation is that this one does not require any glue to hold it together. The spiky tree, the other hand, does require glue to ensure that it maintains the tree shape. Week 04 (Day 04): Fir Tree

 This model is a fir tree rather than a Christmas tree, but I think it resembles a Christmas tree quite well. The model is designed by Pietro Macchi and is of intermediate difficulty. The difficulty is in a sink at the beginning of the model. Other than that, it isn’t a difficult piece. The instructions also give the paper size to be used.
